These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SSSR-EduFees platform and services, operated by INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Registration and Account
- You must provide accurate student identification and institution details necessary for fee verification and payment.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and preventing unauthorized account access.
- You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your SSSR-EduFees account.
2. Use of Services and Scope
- The SSSR-EduFees platform is intended solely for the payment of verified educational fees (tuition, hostel, exam, etc.) to affiliated institutions.
- You agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal financial transactions or activities.
- Any automated use, scraping, or commercial reproduction of the platform's content, code, or design is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments, Charges, and Reconciliation
- All fee payments are processed via secure, PCI DSS compliant, authorized payment gateways (Third-Party Service Providers).
- Service Charges: A processing fee may be levied on each transaction, clearly displayed before final payment confirmation. This fee is non-refundable.
- SSSR-EduFees is not responsible for delays, transaction failures, or errors caused by your bank, the issuing bank, or the Third-Party Service Providers.
- The successful transaction receipt generated by SSSR-EduFees is the primary proof of payment. We electronically forward payment confirmation and details to the institution.
4. Refunds and Chargebacks
- SSSR-EduFees is a payment facilitator. **Refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals are solely governed by the respective Educational Institution's Fee Refund Policy.**
- In the event of a double payment or transaction failure resulting in an erroneous debit, we will initiate a reversal only upon official confirmation from the payment gateway. The timeline for the funds reflecting back in your account is determined by your bank (typically 5-7 working days).
- The platform's processing fee (if any) is generally non-refundable, even if the primary fee amount is refunded by the institution.
5. Termination
We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate your access to the SSSR-EduFees platform, without prior notice, if we suspect a violation of these Terms, engagement in fraudulent activity, or misuse of the service.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSSR-EduFees (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or services, including, but not limited to, delays in fee crediting or loss of data.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/Region, e.g., Hyderabad, Telangana].
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the platform or email. Continued use of our platform after updates implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
